My colleagues and I stayed at Appartamenti Matteotti 54 last September while attending an international business meeting in Milan. Choosing this residence in Biandrate, just a 30-minute drive from the Rho Exhibition Center, instead of staying directly in the busy city center was the best decision we could have made.
There were four of us sharing a single apartment, and the space accommodated us perfectly without ever feeling crowded. As business travelers, we had specific needs that were fully met: the Wi-Fi for remote work, and the free parking made commuting with our rental car completely hassle-free.
The apartment was exceptionally clean, and having a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook allowed us to unwind and prepare meals together after long days of meetings.

As a company, we chose Residence Matteotti 54 in Biandrate to accommodate our team of electricians working on a job site at a nearby company.
Our team stayed here several times between January and March 2026, in groups of three or four depending on work requirements.
Among the most appreciated amenities were the fully equipped kitchen and the washing machine, essential for anyone living away from home for weeks. Special mention also goes to the parking, which allowed us to park our company van with complete ease and security.
Comfort was excellent thanks to the air conditioning and, above all, the included weekly cleaning, which the team really appreciated.
It has now become our go-to place in the area, and our employees are always happy to come back. Highly recommended to any company looking for reliability, cleanliness and convenience for its staff.
